Xbox wont play Modern Warfare 2?

Ok so , i picked up my xbox from the sides to move it and i heard this big scratching noise in my xbox ...and i was like oh ****! so i tried to play MW2 and it plays for like 1 min and then says " Disc is unreadable" or something like that....so do u think its broke? and yes i have cleaned it already!
