If I were to apply to CLU, get accepted, and do Community college for two years and want to transfer, could I?

I want to apply at California Lutheran University, but I can't really afford it, so I'm probably going to do two years then transfer. Is it possible for me to re-apply to CLU after already having been accepted and going to community college?
