Am I allergic to marijuana?

I used to have the same reactions. I thought I was allergic, but then I tried brownies and I was fine. I think maybe it's the method of smoking that's giving you problems rather than the marijuana itself. When you smoked, is there any way there was tobacco mixed in? Because that can definitely cause headaches and racing heart.
