Relationship question, ladies help prefered.?

Ok I kinda have a jim, pam and roy situation(the office) going on with a friend of mine. I want to have a little heart to heart basically and talk things over with her,but I also don't want to mess her relaationship up either, as she is happy (from what I can tell) and it would most likely turn me into the bad guy. I don't know if this would be a bad idea or not however. Basically I just want to say how I wish I wasn't so stupid and shy when I was younger and that I don't want to get between him and her I just wanted to get it off my chest. What are you guys opinion on this? (There's more to the story just didn't want to type the whole thing)
