I wake up and I see things, what is that about?

Last night, I was sleeping and woke up to see a tarantula climbing up on my bed, but after a second it was gone! What is this? Its like my dreams cross into reality for a second. For example I have seen cameras too..it get freaky sometimes, but i know its in my dreams!
