My dog has no interest in food & has GVD..?

My question is, in short of force feeding her, what can we do to entice her to eat? We've tried boiled hamburger, heated can food, chicken soup broth and deer meat (foods she normally enjoys) but she still won't eat. She turns her head away at the sight of food. We were told she has the clic symptoms of Geriatric Vestibular Disease 5 days ago. She has barely eaten since last friday but does drink water She does walk to the water bowl with minimal problems. Shes at least 15yrs old and is a mix breed with some collie in her.
