Dang...it...what is that game?

What is the game where the racers were actual bikes, I mean they had a human frame but they mostly looked like bikes, their hands covered the wheels and so did there feet. I know it was a old game. The graphics where good, and the game looked futuristic. I dont think it was on N64, but maybe the playstation, dreamcast or xbox. I know it had to be one of those.....man I cant remember but I can see it smh. Any help would be awesome.
