Where can I read Horton Hears A Who online?

I'm looking for a site to read Horton Hears a Who online ASAP. It's for a school project and my other group members will be pissed if i can't find the story online to type it out. P.S. all the libraries just don't seem to have it. It's either out and on hold or they just don't have it.
