well make sure your burping him, and it could also be from switching his formulas..your suppost to do it gradually usually the doc gives you info on doing that, you shouldnt just switch it all of the sudden, it can make them throw up and /or have diarrhea..I did that to my first child..errr , so yeah opps haha he'll be fine..dont worry
