Coughing driving me nuts!!!!?

My daughter has a cough which started about three days ago, constant and I mean constant - no breaks just a constant constant cough. Although my sympathies are first and foremost with her, it is driving me nuts. Noone can sleep in the house, she can't, she just coughs and coughs... She is also pregnant so we just can't give her anything. Please help before I hurl myself out of a 20 story building.. LOL Help!!!
