Custody battle - Please help!?

In sept my husband was removed from our home by the local police. I had a TRO and then entered into a civil order where he is not allowed to enter our property. He always threatened to take away our young son should I divorce him. He is a master manipulator and has convinced many that he is a "good guy" when in fact he is a narcissistic abusive unfaithful cruel man. I want to relocate my young 6 yr old son to another county where my job will be very close to his new school and home. I have presented a lot of doentation to an evaluator/psychiatrist and have gone through interviewing alone, with my son and he also interviewed my children as well as many others. I can not sleep anymore until I know the outcome. MY husband has basically had many lie about who I am and has attempted to turn the tables many times. What are the chances of a mother not getting primary custody? I work 12 hr days and hardly see my son and its breaking my heart and his. Why would a judge decide to take a young child away from his mother? Could this happen to a good mother?
