Why is my 13 week kitten acting like this?

I find it difficult to use my one and only computer in my home - my netbook. My kitten jumps up and sits on my netbook so I can't use the keyboard nor see the screen. I pick him up, put him down, but he climbs up again, lies on the entire netbook, so, again, I can't use it. Again, I pick him up, put him on the floor, but he repeats the process. I put him outside the room, close the door for 10 minutes and when I open the door, he runs back in the room, and climbs up again on it. Now the lastest incident, he climbed up and on doing so caught my finger and scratched it badly. I went in the huff and decided to sit in my chair and ignore him. He then followed me over and tried to sit on my lap, but I moved seats. I don't know if I'm cut out for looking after a kitten anymore.
