Do you think i will ever be friends again with her?? Help please :(?

so like a week ago my best friend told me that we shouldn't be friends becuz i treat her like ****. And i was not surprised because its not the first time this happened, I was getting tired of her anyways so i did not apologize and let my anger out. One of the reasons she said was because we insult each other alot. BUt she started it and i thought she was fine with it..... she even said "i luv that we are so mean to each other" like a total joke so i never thought it would bother her. She never told me it bothered her untill thd day she told me we should'nt be friends. What i don't get it is why all of th sudden? We treated each other like this Forever!! And its not even mean its like 'o your stupid ' in total joking way and she teases me alot too. so why is she getting all pissy and moody all of the sudden ? o and she is totally making stuff up to get some sympathy from people and ppl came up to me told me this and i said i never said that and they were like' i believe you she is so dramatic about everything' so idk will i ever be friends with her? And people say 8th grade is wehn you find you true friend..... does that mean she is not a good friend? Sorry this is getting too long but also when i first met her someone told me not to be friends with her becuz they're family is known as the 'moody' family but i ignored that ..... so should i just let her go?
