Did Ur in Pisces influence Obama's election win?

Ur is the planet of spontaneity and new ideas. Pisces is the sign of hope, illusions, delusions and vague idealism. I didn't really have a favorite candidate in the last presidential election, but I'm wondering if Ur in Pisces was too much of an innovative yet chaotic aspect to allow someone as traditional and structured as McCain to win?
