Did the agents violated the child’s civil rights when they took him into custody ?

If that were the case then every child that was taken into custody because the parent committed a crime has had their civil rights violated. So I guess that means you're entitled to do what you want and never fear the repercussions of your actions because you had a child. It's nonsense. The child was kept with his father and seperate from other people for a whopping 12 hours. Maybe they would prefere he went with social services the next time. The majority of these kids would be in social services custody if they enforced the laws so it seems they bent over backwards to keep them together till a family member could take him. He's a minor child and got more consideration that any other kids who have had their parents cuffed and taken away for breaking the law.
